StretchLab is a boutique-style fitness studio offering individualized one-on-one assisted stretching tailored to our clients' needs and goals. Our services aim to increase flexibility and mobility, decrease pain and tension, relieve stress, improve posture, enhance recovery, and simply improve overall quality of life! Our program benefits anyone from a high school athlete looking to improve sports performance to a senior citizen looking to move better and be able to play with their grandchildren!  In the first session, we run our client's through a mobility assessment to see what's going on at each joint. We pair that information with any information that the client gives us about what they are experiencing as far as pain, tension, etc. to tailor a stretching program to them! For all members, we retest the mobility assessment each month to track their progress and continue to tailor a stretching program to them! We offer memberships for 4 or 8 sessions per month for either 25- or 50- minute sessions. We also offer family plans that give you 8 or 12 sessions per month to share!
