Code Of Conduct
While visiting this property, the following general activities are prohibited:
- Violations of law.
- Activity that threatens the safety of guests, tenants, or employees.
- Activity that disrupts our pleasant, family-oriented shopping environment.
- Activity inconsistent with the purpose of the property – shopping and dining.
- Activity that disrupts the legitimate business of the property and its tenants.
- Visitors 17 years of age and younger who are not accompanied by a parent or an adult after 4pm, and visitors under the age of 21 who are not accompanied by a parent or adult 25 or older after 10pm.
Examples of specific activities that are prohibited include, but are not limited to:
- Inappropriate clothing – no clothing which contains obscenities, racial, religious, or ethnic slurs.
- Fighting, use of profanity, vulgar or threatening language.
- Blocking walkways, roadways, storefronts or loitering on the premises.
- Running, horseplay or disorderly conduct of any nature.
- Operation of unauthorized recreational and/or personal transportation devices.
- Open containers of alcohol except in designated areas.
- Photographing or videotaping without consent of Property Management.
- Littering, defacing, damaging, or destroying property.
- Unattended children or unleashed pets.
- Leaving pets or children unattended in vehicles.
- Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes outside designated areas.
- Protesting, picketing, canvassing, collecting signatures without prior approval from Property Management.
- No firearms or weapons.
