We encourage guests to purchase a fee-free gift card option from one of our many individual retailers and restaurants. All non-expired gift cards with active funds are still accepted at participating retailers or restaurants at Levis Commons Town Center. If you have issues with your gift card, please look below to troubleshoot possible issues:
If the transaction fails:
- The card may have a $0 balance. The cards lose value after each year of inactivity.
- Check the card balance by visiting www.mygiftwise.com
- The website will ask for the last 4 digits of the card number and the Admin number, which is located on the bottom right of the back of the card.
- The card may be expired.
- The card may be malfunctioning.
- Please have the customer call the customer support number located on the back of the card. If the card looks like the one pictured below, the customer service number is: 1-800-416-6373.
- When the customer service automated message asks for a pin (and if the customer did not set up a custom pin), the default pin is 0 + the 3 numbers on the back of the card (CVV).
