Nucar 5K for Mental Health

Join us in raising awareness during Mental Health Awareness month and supporting services provided by Lakes Region Mental Health Center, the state-designated community mental health center providing integrated mental and physical health care to residents of 24 towns in central New Hampshire. LRMHC provides services to up to 4,000 people and $900,000 in charity care each year. <br> We are looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, May 18th, 2025! Race time is 8:30 am. Please arrive in plenty of time for parking and warm up. <br> The Kids Fun Run will be held at 8:00 am, prior to the race. Children up to age 10 are welcome to participate.
